锦江国际集团是上海市国资委全资控股的中国规模最大的综合性酒店旅游企业集团之一,注册资本20 亿元。拥有酒店、旅游、客运三大核心主业和地产、实业、金融等相关产业及基础产业;控股(或间接控股)“锦江酒店”(2006HK)、“锦江股份”(600754、900934)、“锦江投资”(600650,900914)和“锦江旅游”(900929)四家上市公司。目前,集团三大核心主业营收占比超过90%,初步形成了以酒店为核心的旅行服务产业链。“锦江”是具有80多年历史的中国民族品牌,中国驰名商标、上海市著名商标,获中国商标金奖,品牌价值超过415亿元。

集团围绕“深耕国内、全球布局、跨国经营”战略,加快传统业态创新转型,着力提升品牌、质量、效益,经济总量、产业规模都取得重大突破。集团先后收购法国卢浮酒店集团、铂涛集团、维也纳酒店集团并战略投资法国雅高酒店集团,2018年集团又成功收购丽笙酒店管理集团。截至2018年底,集团投资和管理酒店由2003年的105家发展到12000多家、客房数130多万间(套),拥有“J”“岩花园”“锦江”“昆仑”“丽笙Radisson”“郁锦香Golden Tulip”“锦江都城”“康铂Campanile”“丽枫”“维也纳”等高、中端及经济型品牌40余个,分布中国31个省(直辖市、自治区)和世界120多个国家,会员超过1.5亿,跻身全球酒店集团300 强前3位,列亚洲第一。 “锦江旅游”作为中国旅行社行业的龙头企业之一,列中国旅行社品牌20强。“锦江汽车”超过10000辆中高档客车,综合接待能力位居国内领先。集团还拥有中瑞合作锦江国际理诺士酒店管理学院,从事中、高级酒店管理专业人才培训;合资经营“肯德基”“吉野家”等著名餐饮品牌。

Jinjiang International Group Co., Ltd. is one of the largest comprehensive hotel and tourism enterprise groups in China wholly owned by Shanghai SASAC with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan. It has three core industries of hotel, tourism and passenger transport, real estate, industry, finance and other related industries and basic industries; it holds (or indirectly holds) four listed companies: "Jinjiang Hotel" (2006hk), "Jinjiang shares" (600754, 900934), "Jinjiang investment" (600650900914) and "Jinjiang tourism" (900929). At present, the group's three core businesses account for more than 90% of its revenue, initially forming a travel service industry chain with hotels as the core. "Jinjiang" is a Chinese national brand with a history of more than 80 years. It is a well-known trademark in China and a famous trademark in Shanghai. As one of the leading enterprises in China's travel agency industry, "Jinjiang tourism" ranks among the top 20 brands of China's travel agencies. "Jinjiang automobile" has more than 10000 medium and high-grade buses, and its comprehensive reception capacity ranks the first in China. The group also has Sino Swiss cooperation Jinjiang International les Roches Hotel Management College, which is engaged in the training of middle and senior hotel management professionals; joint venture "KFC", "Yosano" and other famous catering brands.
