华侨城集团有限公司,是国务院国资委直接管理的大型中央企业,1985年诞生于改革开放的前沿阵地——深圳,是国家首批文化产业示范园区、中国文化企业30强、中国旅游集团20强。集团连续8年获得国务院国资委年度业绩考核A级评价,2018年实现营业收入突破千亿,利润总额突破200亿元,资产总额近4500亿元,效益位列央企前20位,收入和利润增速位列央企前10名。

多年来,华侨城集团通过独特的创想文化,致力于提升中国人的生活品质。其中康佳、欢乐谷连锁主题公园、锦绣中华·中国民俗文化村、世界之窗、东部华侨城、欢乐海岸、波托菲诺小镇、纯水岸、OCT-LOFT华侨城创意文化园、OCAT华侨城当代艺术中心、华侨城大酒店、威尼斯睿途酒店等均为行业领先品牌。

从1989年建成中国首座主题公园“锦绣中华”至今,华侨城不断创新旅游产品,从静态微缩、互动体验、生态度假、都市娱乐,到今天的特色小镇和美丽乡村建设,华侨城实现了产品从单一到混合形式的演变,强化集群优势。目前集团在全国运营和管理景区60余家,累计接待游客量超过5亿人次,年接待游客量突破1亿,是全球主题公园集团四强,位居亚洲第一。

集团早期在实践中摸索出“旅游+地产”创业模式,用旅游扩大社会影响,用地产收益反哺旅游,实现良性互动,取得一定成绩。进入新时代,华侨城紧跟国家新型城镇化战略,在“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念的指导下,提出“文化+旅游+城镇化”和“旅游+互联网+金融”的创新发展模式,支持康佳积极推进“科技+产业+城镇化”的战略落地,围绕“中国文化产业领跑者、中国新型城镇化引领者、中国全域旅游示范者”的战略定位,通过产业“文化化”和文化“产业化”, 基于当前主业,形成了文化产业、旅游产业、新型城镇化、电子产业及相关业务投资五大发展方向,探索“文化+”模式,从战略、体制、技术、产品、商业模式等维度全面创新,形成特色发展之路,实现跨越式发展。目前已布局全国50余座城市, 形成了新型城镇化、全域旅游、文化创意产业、产融平台、科技及产业园区、城市综合体开发运营、主题酒店开发运营、智慧管理输出等业务板块。

Overseas Chinese Town Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale central enterprise directly managed by the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It was born in 1985 in Shenzhen, the forefront of reform and opening up. It is one of the first batch of national cultural industry demonstration parks, top 30 Chinese cultural enterprises and top 20 Chinese tourism groups. For eight consecutive years, the group has obtained A-level evaluation of the annual performance appraisal of the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. In 2018, the group achieved an operating revenue of more than 100 billion yuan, a total profit of more than 20 billion yuan, a total asset of nearly 450 billion yuan, and a top 20 benefit and a top 10 growth rate of revenue and profit.

Over the years, OCT Group has been committed to improving the quality of life of Chinese people through its unique creative culture. Among them, Konka, Happy Valley chain theme park, splendid China · Chinese folk culture village, window of the world, east overseas Chinese city, happy coast, potofino Town, pure water bank, oct-loft overseas Chinese city creative culture park, OCAT overseas Chinese city contemporary art center, overseas Chinese City Hotel, Venice ruitu hotel are all leading brands in the industry.

Since the first theme park "Splendid China" was built in 1989, OCT has continuously innovated its tourism products. From static miniaturization, interactive experience, ecological vacation, urban entertainment, to today's construction of Characteristic Towns and beautiful villages, OCT has realized the evolution of products from single to mixed forms, and strengthened its cluster advantages. At present, the Group operates and manages more than 60 scenic spots nationwide, receiving more than 500 million tourists in total and over 100 million tourists annually. It is one of the top four theme park groups in the world, ranking first in Asia.

In the early stage, the group explored the "tourism + real estate" business model in practice, expanded social influence with tourism, fed tourism with real estate income, realized positive interaction and achieved certain achievements. In the new era, Oct closely follows the new strategy of urbanization of the country. Under the guidance of the five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing", it puts forward the innovative development mode of "culture + tourism + urbanization" and "tourism + Internet + finance", which supports Konka's strategy of "technology + industry + urbanization".
