On the morning of January 9th 2020, China Enterprise Influence Lab • Human Resource Management Consulting Center was officially founded in Beijing. The Center is an important branch of China Enterprise Influence Lab.

Initiated by the organizations including Media Research Center, CASS, New Media and Big Data Alliance, Expert Committee of China Enterprise Influence Bluebook, Livable China Alliance, Renrui Human Resources Technology Holdings Limited, Home Building Materials Research Institute, Asiaray Media Group Limited, CRC Think Tank, OHLink Technologies, WENJUAN Network, China Enterprise Influence Lab aims to build an evaluation index system of enterprise influence in the era of new media and big data, establish a national think tank of enterprise marketing and communication, and provide strategic consulting, human resources consulting, marketing consulting and integrated communication solutions for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese enterprises in the new era.

Ms. Yan Liu, Director of China Enterprise Influence Lab • Human Resource Management Consulting Center: Distinguished Expert of National Public Opinion Roll Laboratory, CASS; Vice President of Renrui Group (Stock Code:6919.HK); she once worked as senior management of large state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, successively served as General Office Director of China National Defense and Military Materials Corporation, Chairman and General Manager of Beijing Branch of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group, Vice President of Beijing Geely International Education Co., Ltd. of Geely Group, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Assistant to President of Beijing Geely University, Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer of JOMOO Group, and Vice President of Techwin under Goldwind. She is a member of CHO100, a part-time MBA tutor of NSD of Peking University, a Postgraduate external tutor of School of Economics of Xiamen University, and one of the first batch of practical coaches of Geju Business. Recently, she has won the "China Good Bole" Individual Award, the "Ten Outstanding Women" Award of China Household Industry Geese Award, the first prize of national building materials enterprise management modernization innovation achievement and many other honors.

Ms. Yan Liu said that with the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure, the concept and methods of enterprise management are also keeping innovating and optimizing. Early in 2014, the document jointly issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance has proposed to enhance the innovation and service capacity of human resources, implement the plan for improving the service capacity of human resources, promote the management innovation, service innovation and product innovation in the field of human resources service, and focus on encouraging the fast development of emerging industries such as human resources outsourcing, senior talent search, talent assessment, human resources management consulting, etc.

In recent years, the continuous dividend policies introduced by the State have promoted the unceasing development momentum of human resource management services. Especially in the new economic form, human resource management is also facing new opportunities and challenges. Due to the various factors including rapid changes in external economic environment and competition, the uncertainty of the economic development trend and international environment, the insufficiency of enterprise technology development and product innovation, the rising labor cost and production cost, and many other factors, the enterprise management, especially human resource management based on strategy and operator thinking, is facing the urgent need of transformation. In future, the key of human resource management will definitely move from talent management to talent operation, and the management mode will be more "flexible", so as to adapt to the change of external market environment and meet the requirements of highly integrated enterprise business development system.

"China Enterprise Influence Lab" takes this opportunity to set up " Human Resource Management Consulting Center", to connect rich resources within the platform and use the link value generated by resources, and be committed to delivering advanced management concepts, management methods and management tools to the enterprises; with the maximization of enterprise value as the orientation, comprehensively and systematically analyze, design and rebuild the enterprise management system, have coordinated implementation based on the actual operation of the enterprises, empower the development momentum of the customers, grow together with the customers and use professional knowledge and practical results to help them create ecological organization, learning organization and service system, drive the establishment of scientific management mode, enhance core competitiveness and ultimately realize collaborative and efficient development, and booster the transformation of the enterprises from pursuing excellence to everlasting development!
